Hay barn conservation

Originally built several hundred years prior, this 1990s renovated structure exhibited serious rot and structural issues. The build was demolished to the existing stone pillar level and reconstructed with modern passivhaus regulations and fantastic douglas fir A frames. From the exterior the new build (minus the structural damage) looks as if it was never replaced.

1960s Architecture

Designed and built in the 1960s, this building had fallen into disrepair. A full renovation and 2 story extension was added to make the building a modern home for another generation.

"The Bothy"

A sympathetic project restoring a derelict stone structure into a functional modern guest house, utilising local stone and crafts

1862 Vicarage

A 3 story 1862 vicarage fully ripped out and renovated. modernising the building for the family now living there

This property was inherited by the client, fully renovated and brought back to its former glory
