Originally built several hundred years prior, this 1990s renovated structure exhibited serious rot and structural issues. The build was demolished to the existing stone pillar level and reconstructed with modern passivhaus regulations and fantastic douglas fir A frames. From the exterior the new build (minus the structural damage) looks as if it was never replaced.
